Files and maintains daily reports, general ledger journalvouchers,accounts payable documentation, and other miscellaneous filings.
Consolidates and prepares variety of documents, reports, and records; including performance reports of the branches, documentary stamps, and Mortgage Redemption Insurance.
Prepares requisitions for routine supply purchases of Finance and Controllership Department.
Maintains regular contact with the branches to obtain and convey information and/or to correct transactions on petty cash funds and allowances.
Assists Finance and Controllership Department personnel as needed.
Assists the Internal Bookkeeper withaccounts payable and preparation of checks.
Ensures that work area is clean, secure, and well maintained.
Performs other assignments as may be assigned from time to time.
